OK that places you in the "not very" category. Good.

However (and I apologize if I repeat myself) your assumption that the
ability to assert epsa is limited to academic institutions is probably
wrong.

I'll offer K12 as an example of a type of an institution who might
conceivably & legitimately assert epsa wo being an academic institution.

I think we need another solution to "what is an academic organization"
problem!
