in your NPS config - for the connection properties, under the settings tab, 
for authentication
methds, have you got 'Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP)' and 'Microsoft: 
Secured Password (EAP-MSCHAPv2)'
selected?

this is not an eduroamCAT query per se - but a RADIUS server query -  
Microsoft tech support should
be able to provide you more guidance for the use of their RADIUS solution.
