Hi,

I am an engineer at Royal Holloway London University

I have a user who want to be able to use eduroam when visiting other academic institutions for work. Unfortunately, I have been advised that Royal Holloway is not on the eduroam list, user cannot get to customised installers. How do we add user’s for access and use eduroam services.

Do I need to raise a request for official inclusion? Please advise and help.
