I queried the database :-) I created a histogram of all entityIDs in all
federations that EIFCS knows and that do not have a
registrationAutohrity from another federation. This gave the above list.

Checking again today (taking into account hide-from-discovery), the list
above shrunk to these IdPs that seem to be registered in different
federations without hide-from-discovery and without
registrationAutohrity from a foreign federation:

* https://shibboleth.unifi.it/idp/shibboleth (IDEM, SURFconext)
* https://idp.hebis.de/uni-frankfurt (DFN-AAI, SURFconext)
* https://idp.ens-lyon.fr/idp/shibboleth (FER, SURFconext)
* https://idp.unitedid.org/idp/shibboleth (SURFconext, UKAMF)
