Hi Lukas,

very usefull tool!
Is the tool taking into account the hide-from-discovery flag
(https://refeds.org/category/hide-from-discovery)?
I think we might want to exclude these IdPs from the list, given that
these IdPs typically are not 'real production' IdPs
