Hi Lukas

It might be worth putting in some text explaining that 100% coverage is
not necessarily desirable - for example you can see that the UK and
InCommon are clearly filtering out a handful of IdPs....but I assume for
very good reasons. Someone may take this to mean that not all the
organisations they want are in the feed, when in reality they probably are.
