yesss all work from prometheus as far as i know and interestingly
victoriametrix showed the same effects so probably they also decided 
similarly...

regarding the future, at the moment, we can do streaming telemetry
in ios xr format, it's a plugin for influx as far as i know...
that have the other positive side effect over that i can express
on uint64 that it's a push model so i can go for arbitrary sampling
if i have data from the dataplane....
