yes, that's the CLARIN ERIC. There's a special agreement with DFN-AAI, 
that we monitor the CLARIN SPF metadata, apply any changes to our 
federation registry (+ assign the requested Entity Categories) and 
expose (almost) all SPs to eduGAIN.
