The Feide OpenIdP is, as its name states, open to everyone. It is mainly
intended for people testing integration with Feide (though in general many
people use it to test their SAML deployments) and for Service Providers in
Feide also, since they need an account in the Federation to access our
Customer Portal.

Therefore, Feide does NOT export the OpenIdP to eduGAIN.
