Hi Daniel,

 

You should be using the 'geteduroam' app on Android 13 to configure your phone for eduroam. The 'eduroam CAT' app is only functional up to Android 10, but realistically, should probably only be used for Android 7 and earlier.

Hi Team,

 

Trying to download “The University of Queensland” profile from the EduroamCAT app on a Pixel 6 phone running Android 13.

 

When I click on it though I get an error message saying “Configuration File Error” File access error. Try downloading profile again. The app then stops responding if I try to install.

 

UQ IT were unable to assist me further.

 

Could you please advise on next troubleshooting steps.
