Hi Alan,

Thanks for your advice.
However, I have already set all options available (Institution Name, Support 
E-mail, Support Phone - except for other fields that I do not use, e.g. Terms 
of Service) to a 'default/other languages' value.

Hi,

this sounds like a classic LOCALE problem - ensure that ALL your eduroamCAT 
configs (profile name etc) have both the DEFAULT lang and your chosen lang 
set for all the options

the systems should, I believe, have a big red warning or error sign if any of 
the settings doesnt have the DEFAULT language option set
