To get the content of *your* exe's (they are institution-specific) you
will need to unpack the exe files. They are NSIS installer packages, and
some unzipping utilities can simply open them for you (I don't know
specific names, but I'm sure a search engine of your choice will find
you some).

If you are more interested in a generic structure without inst-specific
properties already filled in, you should take a look at the CAT source
code. Get it here:

and look in the

devices/ms/...

sub-directory.
