I sent you a video with the process. 
After installing the program (downloaded from https://cat.eduroam.org/?lang=es) appears that window but doesn't work and is imposible to connect to the eduroam wifi, with any account.

I don't know what window you are talking about. There shouldn't be any -
you enter username and password during the initial installation; from
then on, it is saved and you log in automatically.

If you could make a screenshot of that "almost MS" windows, that would
be really helpful.

Well, trying the general internet would help diagnose the problem as well.
