I used a UNED account in the UNED wifi and it´s works, same results with UPM and UCM with diferent accounts.

trying to connect to eduroam but doesn´t work.

I´ll email them.

Hi Carlos,

  does the problem only occurs when you are at UNED (I see their SSIDs
in the list so I guess you could be in an UNED location or nearby)? or
did you also try to connect from an UCM hotspot with the same result?

Could you please also contact with the UCM support address? Even in the
case this could be a problem related to the CAT installer, it would be
good for them to make some tests. This is their support address:
