This all looks rather good installation-wise. You closed the main window
before entering the credentials a second time. I'm not sure that's
intended, but from my understanding of the Windows installer it also
should not hurt.

I believe the CAT installer did what it should: you seem to be having a
problem in general with the eduroam connection, beyond the CAT installer.

I believe I can say this for sure because you clicked on the network
manually, and were asked directly by Windows for the username and
password. This does not involve the CAT installer and should have
connected you (even with all security disabled).

Well, I have just upgraded my workstation VM to Windows 10 and can run a
few tests.

Your Windows 10 is considerably different than mine. My
username/password prompts do not show the "Domain" (Dominio) line
underneath the username/password boxes.

Also, I got my credentials prompt inline in the CAT installer, not a
separate popup later on.

Is the PC really "yours"? Or is it joined into the university's
ActiveDirectory domain etc.? All updates installed?

If it's yours - did you install any particular software which you could
imagine to produce its own username/password prompting behaviour?

Greetings,

Stefan Winter
