Hi Stefan and CAT team,

I also agree with Philippe's comments regarding HotSpot2.0 settings to be
per institutional IdP instead of default on/off globally. Ultimately
institutions are on the first point of contact and being forced to bear
the burden of vendors (very) poor user experience is not the best outcome
all.

I know we have one institution in our region who has posted on this here
and expect many other CAT institutional users globally to experience the
same challenge as well. Institutions in CAT should be able to opt-in to
HS2.0 support as they are ready to roll it out, which would include
supporting users configuring it etc..

Chris.
