There were some hiccups in the "Termination" webpage and corresponding
lawyer letter. The legal team considered those. I wasn't deeply
involved, but from what I heard those little things were not substantial
enough to refute the cease and desist.

AFAIK, that part of the claim *was* refuted in its entirety by GEANT's
lawyer team as far as I can tell. It is safe to ignore the bottom part
of that page; if that changes, the lawyers would let us know.
Oh, "burning bridges" - yes. I hope that the name SecureW2 B.V. will be
long remembered in the community.
