also. More worryingly:

'Downstream Institutions With Terminated Licenses'

How was this list generated? Sites with eduroam CAT profiles who have their own (their OWN agreement with securew2!) SecureW2 licence?
Are the implications now that such sites who need eg securew2 because of their local requirements are now cut off and need to repurchase securew2 themselves? I might have an angry customer ( some other countries will have many! ! :( )... but talk about burning bridges here....
