Hello everyone,
Has the issue of Unicode support in Windows installers been discussed so far? I have added "Terms of Use" in Bulgarian (tried files in utf8, utf16 and windows-1251) and only the ASCII characters were actually displayed in the installer. I also noticed wrongly displayed non-ASCII characters in German- and Spanish-language installers.
This makes it impossible to have CAT fully translated in Bulgarian and other languages.
