Hello,

Below are the steps to re-create the issue:
  1. login to eduroam CAT via CANARIE IDP; directed to CAT IdP Configuration Interface ( https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/overview_user.php?lang=en )
  2. Click "Add/Remove Administrators" for St. Thomas University (note: I am currently acting as the admin for STU)
  3. Enter email address for new administrator and click "Invite new administrator"
  4. Message displayed: 
    • The invitation email was sent. The invitation email was sent successfully.
  5. Email not received by new administrator
Please advise how I should proceed.  Are there any restrictions regarding the email address used?  I have tried both <name>@stu.ca and <name>@hotmail.com
