it's default is disabled right now, and will appear in the config regardless
if it's enabled or disabled...
it means that the current bgp behavior will remain intact with this change...
however, to fully support the named rfc, the default need to be changed...
for that to happen, at least, the current configurations need to be saved
again on the new images...
no additional configurations are needed because this will result in the
inclusion of the current,
"no safe-ebgp" state will be declared in the startup configs...
after a month of grace period, the default will change to enable this
feature...
the new bgp processes created afterwards will default to the safe-ebgp, and
the existing ones will already contain the "no safe-ebgp" knob saved in....
