and we easily attach the divert extcomm after converting the unicast/32 to
flowspec...

and here, except some very specific use cases i dont see the point to have
the flowspec :port granularity over an ebgp...

once an ip is under attack, be that blackholed, policed or diverted and
cleaned up before returning to the core for transmission...

and this uni2flow is clever enough to be able to arbitrarily rewrite, so it
can attach dscp0-62, then you can remark your clear
traffic after arriving from the cleaner with dscp63 then you dont have to
gre-mesh the clearing networkwide for off-ramping and
not diverted immediately again... :)
