I can't speak to some of the other uses of xsi:type that might be justifiably
stripped, but there's no value to including xsi:type="xsd:string" anywhere,
really, and that's apparently the sum total of the xsi:type usage in
EntityAttributes. So: strip it, and by all means stop producing them.
