Dear eduroam support team,

I am writing to report an issue affecting several users from the Faculty 
of Mathematics, University of Belgrade.
It seems that we are currently unable to connect to the eduroam network 
— authentication fails for multiple users across different devices.

Additionally, when trying to download the eduroam installer from the 
official website https://cat.eduroam.org
, the download does not start at all. This issue appears to be specific 
to our faculty, as users from other faculties do not seem to experience 
the same problem.

Could you please look into this or advise us on possible next steps to 
resolve it?
