Hello,
Several weeks back, we had a student, who transfered from another university to DePauw, who was having difficulty connecting to eduroam on our campus on their Macbook laptop. We went through the student's keychains and plist files and removed old eduroam certificates and reset their network adapter and so on, which usually does the trick when old institutional eduroam settings interfere with DePauw's eduroam settings.
However, for this particular case the radius certificate from their old university would not delete and of all places it was discovered under our guest network ssid instead of the eduroam ssid.
Is it possible, if eduoram CAT was used to configure the student's device at their old college (assuming that is how it was set up), would be preventing us from removing this old certificate that was conflicting with our eduroam certificate? Either way, is there anything we should be looking for in the future if we run into this issue again?
Thanks for your help
