Hello,

languages become available only when the CAT source itself has been translated to that target language. Slovenian missed the inclusion for the latest release, so you can't set that language any more. This can of course be fixed very easily by the translation maintainers for SI; all translation packages are at 96+% of completion.

I do see though that the profile in question has a "default" language tag set, which is "Univerza v Ljubljani" - that piece of info should be picked up, and shown whenever a language is chosen that is not otherwise given (i.e. in all non-EN languages).

That lack of using the "default" fallback seems like an actual bug to me; but one that only surfaces in the apps, not in the web UI (you can verify by going to University of Ljublana and then switch to, say, Spanish). This is either an API problem (as the apps fetch the information via API), or a logic problem in the app.

We think that maybe a problem is that SI language is no longer (it used to be in the past) available as one of the languages and we are not able to add translation for SI language in our profile editor. Is there any chance to add Slovenian language as one of the available languages? Or is there any chance that you can edit it  in a database?

Hi,

Could it be the/your default language is missing from this profile? I would compare the translations for the profiles if you can; apparently we don't pick it up,

(I do notice that on the webinterface you see English names, and we get the translated ones for the .si language I think?)

However, when using Geteduroam application on mobile phone (which is in Slovenian language), the profile is not named as it should be. It is named "cat_profile_899" instead of "University of Ljubljana". All other our faculties are named correctly in Slovenian language.
