    Hello,
      
      We have a problem with CAT installer on Windows 10 because install
      process finish reporting that "Network installation had errors". 
    
        The installed profile for eduroam (EAP-PEAP) (wlan_prof-0.xml)
        works and connect correctly but users contact us because of
        installer message.
      
    Prior versions to
        CAT 2.1 install eduroam profile on W10 without any problem.
        
      At cat.log:
      ...
      Checking for profile eduroam® via partner
      Exec: C:\WINDOWS\sysnative\netsh wlan show profiles eduroam® via
      partner
      netsh returned 1
      profile eduroam® via partner not found
      Execute: C:\WINDOWS\sysnative\netsh wlan add profile
      C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\wlan_prof-0.xml
      netsh returned 0
      Profile eduroam® created
      pushing install_wireless_credentials 1
      Execute: C:\WINDOWS\sysnative\netsh wlan add profile
      C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\wlan_prof-1.xml
      netsh returned 1
      Profile installation error for "eduroam® via partner"
      ...
      
      (running manually command "netsh wlan add profile
      C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\wlan_prof-1.xml" the result is
      "failed to add profile to interface "Wi-Fi". Error 0x8001B)
      
      We don't have enabled OpenRoaming but installer try to install
      wlan_prof-1.xml for that service. 
      
      When using cat installer 2.1 on Windows 11, profiles are installed
      without error.
