Dear support team,
The eduroam standard of our university eduroam has been updated recently (University of Heidelberg, Germany). Since then I try to install the new configuration profile on my computer (it does already work on my mobile devices...) I uninstalled the old eduroam configuration via the windows console with netsh wlan delete profile name="eduroam", downloaded the new profile with the CAT assistant and tried to install it. I can carry out he downladed .exe file but it quickly says "an additional piece of software has to be installed GEANTlink." I click okay and agree with administrator permission. Then I get an error message saying "Credentials installation problem". I still cannot connect to eduroam then.
