Since the timer for ETLR DK was 15 sec, this looks like an actual
network timeout.

And ETLR NL replying in 12 ms seems like a "Reject instead of ignore"
(because the realm seems down) which is a special habit of that server's
configration.

Which is admittedly a bit unusual, especially considering that you are
located in Denmark with a very direct connection to that ETLR server.

Still, before looking at the less common causes, I would first like to
rule out transient connectivity issues.

Can you run both the static and live login tests *again*? And tell us if
something has changed?
