That's a classic: the original report only said something about "iOS". I
was testing on iOS with an iPad, which displays the normal start page,
with text box, exactly like the desktop version.

We do have this other version you've noted in the screenshot, but it's
one which is displayed on small-size devices. This is not related to iOS
at all.

That said, on a iOS device *with a small screen* you'll see it, and
then, yes, the institutions are a long list you have to scroll through.

So, we've essentially talked past each other here.

All that said: we've completely changed the appearance of CAT in its 2.0
version, and the small-screen version you were talking about has gone away.

I will send out the release announcement for CAT 2.0 beta1 in a few
seconds, along with a link to try it. Please do try it on small-size
devices and let us know if this version behaves nicer.
