The page does not seem to provide a text box. I have to scroll for a long time. I am on IOS 10 as well. Screenshot attached.

That's strange. Unfortuantely I don't have anything with iOS 10 any
more, so I can't test it myself.

The search box is a simple text box. Tapping on it with your finger
"should" bring up the keyboard.

Otherwise, maybe asking a search engine for these iOS specifics helps.
It does not seem to be a CAT specific question.
