The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

Hello CAT Users,

We're trying to download and install eduroam CAT for our Android Phones without using the Google Play Store.  Lucky for us there's an option on https://cat.eduroam.org -> "eduroam user: download your eduroam installer" in the Android installation section labeled "available... as local download" (screenshot below.)  That link points to https://cat.eduroam.org/eduroamCAT-stable.apk.  However APK is at version 1.1.27 which doesn't work for our site.  There's a much newer version on the Google Play Store, version 1.1.44, that does work.

I'd like to request that the https://cat.eduroam.org/eduroamCAT-stable.apk be updated, and perhaps stay updated, to the same version that exists on the Google Play Store.  How would I go about a formal'ish way of making this request.
