Our student helpdesk reports a small but steady stream of "China Phones".
They run Android and while some can be pointed at the Google Play store, most
come with their own Play store and cannot seem to connect to Google Play.
Some do give warnings about installing from an unknown source but some
versions don't. No one has ever told me the students care about the
warnings.
