To be honest I'm not exactly full of ideas: since the F-Secure that
VirusTotal knows about does /not/ have an issue with the file, there's
not much I can do for you.

It's probably best to get in touch with Surf regarding this question.
With their framework contract with F-Secure, I can imagine they have
some kind of helpdesk on the vendor side they can approach to get false
positives removed.
