Hi all,

We’re having what we think is a strange issue here, that seems to be specific to the 5s model of iPhone running iOS10 when using the CAT mobileconfig. When students run the configuration tool, they can connect to eduroam with no issues, but cannot load any websites. If the same device is connected straight to eduroam without using CAT, the phone loads websites with no issues.

We’re waiting for further troubleshooting information to come from the frontline IT staff, but I thought I’d send a quick message to see whether others in the community have found anything similar happening.
