The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

The mailing list cat-users is specific to the eduroam CAT website and
toolset. If as you say your university is not listed there, you've come
to the wrong place there (cc'ing but please remove from any replies).

You will need to contact your local IT support at Sorbonne 4 for more
information. The error message as you sent means that your device never
got far enough to even try out any password of yours. It is either a
problem with your username (leading to incorrect routing of your login
request) or an infrastructure problem. Sorbonne 4 IT should be able to
help you out with both.
