Hi,

Sounds like the android device you have is not matching the intent-filter for *.eap-config files.

If you browse to the android config download from the android device, it shouldn’t download it, but rather just open the app.

However, the internal discovery in the app should download it.

What device, and android version is it?

Can you also confirm you are using the native ‘Downloads’ app, and not any other app like ‘My Files’ that comes with Samsung devices?

Thanks,

Gareth.

Hi there,

First off, sorry if this has already been covered but...

I'm trying to use the Android eduroam CAT app with profiles downloaded from cat.eduroam.org and profiles downloaded from within the app but everytime I click on the file from in the 'Downloads' folder I get a message saying 'Can't open file'

The app doesn't pick up on it either.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Kieran
