Hi,

okay, got it :-)

You must have clicked on the "Link" button without selecting anything to
link to - because there was nothing to select.

In that situation, the submit goes wrong and opens the inc file
directly; clicking on "Link" yet another time then gets you the 404.

The (non-urgent, 1.1.1) bugfix is to disable the "Link" button until
something linkable was actually selected. In your case, it would just
stay grayed out forever, until you add the institution to the eduroam
database.
