Another question: how did you get to the situation in 02.png at all?
This include file is loaded as an overlay on the federation management
page. Did you try to open that URL directly? If you got there by
clicking something on the UI, then we have a bug; if you opened it
manually all I can say is that it's not meant to work that way. This
would also explain the 404 in 03.png; if called directly, the browser is
in another path on the server.

Could you let me know how you got to 02.png?
