Hello Christian,
It looks like more than one french Identy Provider has the same problem.
They're not providing attribute 'urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.10'. as
soon as they start providing this attribute, users should be able to
access CAT service.
I have also enabled feature of displaying full error messages on screen
so users will know what is the cause of an error.
