Well, being a little more specific than "it just won't connect" would do
some good.

Did you use our CAT installer for Windows 8 to configure your Windows 8?
Was that before your update to 8.1? If so, did you try re-installing
with the CAT installer after the update? And what is the actual error as
displayed by Windows then?
