Hi,
You should start by contacting the eduroam helpdesk at your university.
They should be able to diagnose the problem.

I'm a student at Liverpool john moores university and I'm unable to configure my computer to get onto eduroam. I have the updated window 8.1 software and it just wont connect. if there anything I can do??
