maybe i was too optimistic, my bad!
and i'm fully unaware of the costs, but when i was at dtag,
they started the single-german-exitpoint porject and the
reasoning behind was that they'll have the power against
the google/facebook/friends with the visible user base...
i don't know if it was true or even realizes a single cent...
it was 10 years ago, i moved to niif, but the traceroutes
still show interesting directions from the local dtag cpes...
