Dear Csaba,

You shared the link to your photo album (http://album.nop.hu/ ) with a number
of mailing lists:

- BGP-CT/Seamless SR discussion group <>

Can you please confirm that all recipients of these four mailing lists are
covered under our multi-vendor testing NDA? If there are recipients not
covered under NDA, I kindly ask you to limit access to pictures of our
whiteboards (showing test topologies with other vendor names) to those that
are covered under NDA (i.e. Kifu, Switch, Juniper).

Thank you, Carsten

Your statement regarding the lack of "unfiltered Internet" (whatever that
might be in the 2020s) could have been explained, and fixed, if only you had
taken the effort to talk with us. Or did you try to raise a ticket using
our doors as morse code input devices?

Best regards, Carsten

Dear Csaba,
Dear Kifu Team,

Unfortunately, I had to take the decision to ban Csaba Mate from on-site
participation in the interop event due to unruly behavior. Throughout
this morning, already five EANTC
colleagues alerted me that his behavior has been unacceptable:

* Shouting loudly at other vendor participants, especially in one case
to a female co-worker from another company almost harassing her
* Attacking our intern and his Apple laptop, smashing it closed forcibly
(other participants equipment should never be touched without consent)
* Intentionally smashing premises doors (kitchen door 180 degrees
opened, then forcefully slammed; same with main entrance glass door)
* Intentionally messing with lab equipment (hot aisle containment); when
I confronted him, Csaba told me that I shouldn t care because it s not
my equipment and then, when I
said that it indeed is, he told me not to worry because Kifu is
covered by insurance if he breaks it (btw I think no insurance pays for
willful destruction)
* Using strong language ( fucking ) repeatedly

Generally, at EANTC we maintain a collaborative and non-violent workspace.
Csaba does not fit this place, obviously. Due to the many things that
happened within just a few hours,
I will not wait for a management review from Kifu before expelling him.

The access card will be deactivated, and I, as EANTC executive manager, ask
Csaba to refrain from trying to enter our premises. In German, we issue
an order to stay away
( Hausverbot ). In case of a violation, we will call the police for
trespassing.

Csaba may continue participation from remotely, using our collaboration
tools (VPN, Rocketchat, Wiki). This is under the expectation that Csaba
will refrain from harassing, strong
language, or otherwise uncooperative behavior. In case of any additional
issues, we will also ban Csaba from remote participation in the event.

I am very sorry about this incident; it is the first time in 20 years that
a person behaves like this.

Best regards, Carsten
