Sorry, I'm not going through hundreds of screenshots. I think it will
be easier for me to wait until the boxes @CERN are connected. That
might even happen today.

My current suspicion is that this problem is related to your box being
a new hardware revision. Support for it was added to the BSP only
after my feedback. It's possible that this revision also has a new
BIOS. Makes one wonder what else has changed that needs to be
reflected in the manual :/

in the bios that's all what we've got for usb boot and it still does not boot
off a stick

Asterfusion provided the attached manual. There is no secure boot in
this BIOS. Please follow sections 10.6 and 10.8 (with my .iso file).

i dd-ed your iso, the debian-netinst.iso and basically nothing booted
in bios, usb boot enabled all the way and still nothing...

imho they simply enforce secureboot

Some BIOS allow one to disable secure boot, but I guess you tried that
already? I would not expect a device like taht to be locked down in
such a paranoid manner...

usb boot does not work in bios.

Meaning what exactly? You can't select it as the boot device or the
actual boot somehow fails? We'll have to ask Asterfusion how this is
supposed to work.
