We will try to switch to another circuit between AMS and SAO.
Once established it should be rendered in the GP4L (world map panel)

Yesterday, we observed the same issue happening in the PCAP file, the packets
coming with Ethertype as 0x0000 and the routeID 0x800489e7. TBH, we did not
know what was going on...thanks for answering and let's see if it is
something happening between AMS and SAO. I am attaching the pcap file that we
used.

that is, my suspect here is the link between the two switches...
i did a packet capture on the intreface but i found no way to get the file...
