edugain policy comments

Dear Receiver,

 

In the public Call for Comments in July-August, eduGAIN subtask received more than 170 comments on eduGAIN policy [1].

 

To maximize transparency, eduGAIN Policy sub-task publishes attached

-comments received in the public call for comments during July-August

-resolutions on the comments

-revised versions of the documents that were subject to the call for comments

 

1. Policy Declaration

2. Constitution

3. Metadata Profile

4. Metadata Terms of Use

5. Attribute Profile

6. Data Protection Profile

 

Additionally, there are

- “comments_general”: comments which are not related to any single document

- “saml_websso_profile”: container for a new optional profile on SAML WebSSO. Unfortunately, eduGAIN project hasn’t had yet a chance to discuss this document carefully enough

 

If you still want to comment some of the resolutions or revised documents, please do it by sending email to edugain-policy AT geant.net no later than 27^th of September. The Policy Framework will then continue its way to the governing bodies of GEANT and DANTE.
