Hi Pål

In SWAMID we've observed that it takes normally two days before UK import
rejections or fixed rejections is visable after we've changed metadata.

That seems a little longer than I'd expect. Wouldn't the maximum time be 26
hours (1 hour eduGAIN refresh + 24 hours between UK federation metadata
publications + 1 hour publishing run)?
I was also suprised when we discovered it. We'd some entitites in att different times that was filtered. We we fixed it in the morning day 1 we didn't see the change in your filter report until after your run day 2.

Just for info, I'm hoping to measure the metadata propagation speeds around
eduGAIN in the new year & be able to share my results before REFEDS at TNC20.
It'll be complementary to the work I did for measuring metadata propagation speed
from a UK federation SP to Shibboleth IdPs in eduGAIN.

I liked your tests last time and I think it's good that you're doing it again.

Pål

Alex
