    I find the contact info here https://tidf.tj/?page_id=13 a bit
    confusing. Should the interested party get in contact with
    info(at)tarena.tj or with Alisher Davlatov?
    I suggest that the "Technical: Alisher Davlatov" should be removed
    and that the support and technical contacts, should not be bound
    with physical persons.

Finland / Haka France / Fédération Éducation-Recherche Georgia / Grena Identity Federation Germany / DFN-AAI Greece / GRNET

All eduGAIN members can (and should) provide feedback on this but to share the burden of review around, these five (5) federations have a specific responsibility.
