   Federation Registry is mentioned at “Definition Section” to be a self-service system, but no reference to the URL in 5.1 section.

    Missing reference for Appendix 5 for Identity Provider Management Standard  
    If a Federation Member is acting as a Home Organization, possible missing reference of Appendix 5 for Identity Provider Management Standard  
    Similar to what is in “If a Federation Member is acting as a Service Provider” => exist compliant information for appendix 3: Data Protection Profile and Appendix 4: Service Provider Management Standard

This application is from an organisation that is closely aligned with the GÉANT community via their participation in the Asi@Connect project and has been a long supporter of TF-IAM activities within APAN to support their participation in eduGAIN.

So I ask the following federations to specifically review the submission by CARSI:

 * Norway / FEIDE

 * Oman / KID

 * Poland / PIONIER.Id
 * Portugal / RCTSaai
 * Russia / RUNNet AAI
All eduGAIN members can (and should) provide feedback on this but to share the burden of review around, these five (5) federations have a specific responsibility.
